1. Non metallic parts shall be taken out of the cleaning agent immediately after cleaning, and shall not be soaked for a long time;
2. Metal parts can be cleaned with gasoline, and non-metallic parts can be cleaned with purified water or alcohol;
3. When cleaning, pay attention to remove all grease, dirt, glue and dust adhered to the wall;
4. When the ball valve is disassembled and reassembled, be careful to prevent damage to the sealing surface of parts, especially non-metallic parts. It is best to use special tools when taking out the O-ring;
5. Another point is that new parts should also be cleaned during assembly;
6. Grease used. It shall be compatible with the metal materials, rubber parts, plastic parts and working medium of the ball valve.
7. Normal working conditions and harmonious temperature / pressure ratio;
8. When the ball valve is closed, there is still pressurized fluid inside the valve body. Relieve the pipeline pressure and keep the valve in the open position before maintenance;
9. The downstream pipeline can be disassembled only after the pressure has been relieved;
10. If there is slight leakage at the packing, the valve stem nut must be locked (do not lock it too tightly, and the leakage can be stopped)
