Ferrule connection has only been developed in China in recent years. Its connection and sealing principle is that when the nut is tightened, the ferrule is under pressure to make its edge bite into the outer wall of the pipe, and the outer conical surface of the ferrule is close to the conical surface in the joint body under pressure, so it can reliably prevent leakage.
The advantages of this connection form are:
1. Small size, light weight, simple structure and easy disassembly;
2. It has strong connection force and wide application range, and can withstand high pressure (1000 kg / cm2), high temperature (650 ℃) and impact vibration
3. Can choose a variety of materials, suitable for anti-corrosion;
4. The requirement of machining accuracy is not high; Convenient for high-altitude installation.
