2.Valves stored for a long time shall be inspected regularly to remove dirt. Pay special attention to the cleaning of the sealing surface to prevent damage to the sealing surface.
3.Before installation, carefully check whether the valve mark is equal to the use requirements.
4.Before installation, check the valve channel and sealing surface. If there is dirt, wipe it with a cleaning cloth.
5.Before installation, check whether the packing is compressed, ensure the tightness of the packing, and do not hinder the rotation of the valve stem.
6.During installation, the tightening force of tightening connecting bolts shall be uniform and appropriate.
7.The butterfly valve can be installed on horizontal and vertical pipelines, and the installation position shall ensure convenient use, maintenance and replacement.
8.When the manual valve is opened or closed, the handle shall be used for opening and closing, and the auxiliary lever or other tools shall not be borrowed.
9.The valve shall be inspected regularly to check the sealing surface for wear and gasket packing. In case of damage or failure, it shall be repaired or replaced in time.
