Installation steps of stainless steel ball valve
1. First, check whether the valve model is consistent with the working condition, and pay attention to the connection size and medium flow direction to ensure that it meets the valve requirements;
2. Carefully check whether there is dirt or sand attached to the inner cavity and sealing surface of the valve;
3. Before installing the valve, the necessary space for valve driving must be reserved;
4. The valve must be installed vertically, not upside down;
5. During installation, the valve disc shall stop at the closed position;
6. Tighten the bolts at all connecting parts evenly to avoid looseness;
7. Carefully check the packing parts and ensure that the ram can be opened flexibly while ensuring the tightness of the packing;
8. Finally, we can install the valve according to the installation steps in the valve installation instructions (each type of valve has its own installation instructions)
